When can I expect to receive my package?

We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Standard shipments: delivery within 2-5 business days.

Express shipments: delivery within 1-2 business days.

If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, your package will in most cases be processed and shipped the same day. For orders placed during the weekend, the order might in some cases not be dispatched until Monday. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped, including tracking details so you can follow it to your chosen delivery location.

Please note that public holidays may cause delays depending on the number of consecutive non-working days.

This only applies to items that are in stock.

We offer free delivery on orders over €7,95.
