How do I file a complaint about an item?
If you wish to file a complaint about an item you have received, please send photos of the defect and a short description of it, by filling out our contact form, or by email at support@byic.com. We will then work together with you to find an appropriate solution.
Complaints must be made within 24 months and within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. In this case, a “reasonable time” is considered to be no later than two months after the defect is discovered.
