Make a return

 

A return label costs €7,95 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that you have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the previous one. Be aware that we do not offer free exchanges.

If you experience issues entering your details in our return portal, this guide may help you.

Important: All return parcels must be shipped to us. We do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse or office.

Return conditions

We cannot accept your return if:

  1. Items are not in new condition.
  2. The 14-day return deadline has been exceeded.
  3. Items are not securely packaged.
  4. Items have been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke.
  5. Hangtags/labels are missing or damaged.

For safe handling of your return, we recommend using our return portal, which ensures delivery to our warehouse within a few days with Track & Trace. Your return is insured in case of loss during delivery. Always remember to obtain a receipt when dropping off your return parcel.

When using our return portal, no additional paperwork is needed, as all information is included on the return label.

Returning multiple orders

If you wish to return items from multiple separate orders, each package must be returned individually. A return label must be created for each order, and the cost of each label will be deducted from the refund for the respective order.
Please note that it is not possible to return multiple orders in one parcel when using our return portal.

Returns without our portal

If you choose not to use our return portal, please note the following:

We do not cover any costs if the package is lost during shipping. Always request a drop-off receipt.

Your return parcel must be shipped directly to our warehouse address. We do not accept returns sent to our office address, nor can it be delivered to a parcel shop.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item to us.
Please note that it is not possible to request exchanges via the comment field in the return portal.
We do not offer free exchanges, and customers are responsible for covering any shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing time is up to 10 business days from when we receive your return at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. From then, it may take an additional 2–4 banking days for the refund to appear in your account.

When your return is processed, a fee of €7,95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that the refund will always be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Complaints

If you receive a defective product or wish to file a complaint, please contact us via our contact form with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo documentation of the defect and the price tag
  • A short description of the issue

You will then be informed about the next steps in the process.
Do not return a defective item before your case has been approved by customer service.
