Payment
BYIC ApS accepts online payments with following credit cards: Visa/Dankort.
Payment will only be deducted from your account, when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Customs duties may be applicable to your package, as we do not provide this service.
BYIC ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
BYIC ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery and shipment
The delivery time for your order depends on, which shipping method is valid in your area.
If you place your order before 3pm, it will typically be dispatched the same day.
Be aware of following regarding delivery and shipment:
- Should you have placed an order at the weekend, it may in certain cases result in your order not being sent until Monday.
- For pre-orders, the webshop and your order confirmation indicate a specified week for an estimated delivery at our warehouse.
- Public holidays in Denmark may delay your order, depending on the number of consecutive days.
Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, when you make a purchase from BYIC ApS.
Your right of return applies from the day you have physically received your package. It is not necessary that we receive your return package within the 14 days. The important thing is that you have sent your order within the period.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
Return conditions
We do not accept the return of your package under the following circumstances:
- The goods do not appear as new.
- The return period of 14 days has been exceeded.
- The goods are not properly packed.
- The goods have been affected by perfume, make-up or the smell of smoke.
- Hangtags/tags are removed or damaged.
You are liable for the deterioration of the products value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products properties and function. This means that you must try the product in the same way as, if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described, it is considered used and will have a reduced value. This means, if you cancel the purchase, you may receive a small or no refund of the purchase amount. The assessment of the items condition is reserved for BYIC ApS.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may possibly lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Exchange of an item
If you would like an alternative size or colour, please place a new order on our website for the desired product and return the original item to us.
We do not offer free exchanges and it is the customer's responsibility to cover any costs of delivery or return of goods.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months, which concerns all errors in software, material and fabrication.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will be within a reasonable time. If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service as soon as possible after this has been discovered.
Regarding product complaints, please inform us of the following:
- Order number
- Attach photo documentation and price tag
- Short description of the error
Do not return a complaint until the matter has been resolved with customer service. We make an effort to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible, within our opening hours.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted, if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with BYIC ApS, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with BYIC ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees for BYIC ApS have access to the information recorded about you.
The data manager in BYIC ApS is: Martin.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with BYIC ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact support@byic.com.
