Make a return

If you want to make a return for your order, you can make a returnlabel at the post office. 

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it physically. 
Please remember to write your order number on a note in the package, when you are making a return.
Christmas gifts purchased after November 1, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2025.

We suggest you obtain tracking for your return package and make sure to get a receipt when you hand it in at the post office.

You may be aware that we have 10 working days from the day we have received your return package, to process you return at its lastest in our warehouse, before you will receive a refund mail from us. 

Afterwards you will have your money refunded in 2-4 workdays depending on which bank and credit card you have used.
